Michael Chenot first entered the world of commercial real estate on the lending side, first as a commercial appraiser and then later as a senior analyst at a commercial mortgage bank headquartered in Southern California where he was responsible for overseeing a loan portfolio in excess of $2 billion. Michael Chenot first entered the world of commercial real estate on the lending side, first as a commercial appraiser and then later as a senior analyst at a commercial mortgage bank headquartered in Southern California where he was responsible for overseeing a loan portfolio in excess of $2 billion. Mr. Chenot used the knowledge and analytical skill gained through the experience underwriting countless transactions to begin investing in his own real estate deals more than 10 years ago.
Mr. Chenot resides with his wife Staci in Columbia, MO, where they enjoy just about everything that gets them active and preferably outside in the sun. Both Michael and Staci are Marine Corps veterans and they are active in their local Wounded Warrior Project chapter. They enjoy participating in the events hosted by Wounded Warrior Project and spending time with fellow veterans. Michael can also be found skydiving, hiking, or riding motorcycles.
